In accordance with the Texas Young Democrats bylaws, all active members must be not less than 14 years of age and not greatr than forty years of age at the time of the opening of the State Convention. Individuals who are of qualifying age may vote at any General Membership meeting, run for any HSYD elected offices, participate in committees, and represent HSYD at Democratic events.
